SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday - Wednesday via USPS. We ship to the lower 48 states and comply with state laws. We are located in Ohio and during the winter months there is a $3.00 fee for heat packets to keep your plants warm and healthy.

RETURN POLICY

We send out the healthiest plants possible. We do NOT accept returned plants. If you need help with plant care we will be happy to assist you. Sometimes accidents happen while in transit. If a plant is damaged from shipment we need an email with pictures of plant and packaging within 7 days. And we will happily work with you to make it right.
